Dropped truck off at Maita at 0900 Tuesday appt., asking for regen test. Truck is in low power mode. I called back on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon for results but was told test not completed. Picked my truck up Friday night. Was told to go to payment window. Paid $550 for a $235 test. Left. So called service manager Mike left me a 7 sec v/m later Friday night saying truck was ready. Still no idea of test results. Low power mode error is gone.
Cruz provided fantastic customer service when my car was in the shop. She took thorough notes on the problems I needed addressed and explained the repairs in detail. When my car was finished, she gave me an overview of what to expect for future routine maintenance. On top of it all, she found some discounts which saved me a lot of money. Thank you!

what could have been even better would have been a better plan on making the transition to the new owner on a date that did not happen with the last few days of the rebate on EV vehicles. you totally disappeared over the whole week end and then, as could be expected, have to unwind a lot of glitches in data, files, phones etc. not well thought out my friends. not sure if that was the buyer or seller but you made a large confidence error.
I have purchased many vehicles, both for work and personally, and I have never had such an easy transaction. Robert was very available, he listened to what we were looking for, found it, and gave us the best price we had seen, looking all over the region. Tom in finance was super efficient and made the whole process smooth! Again, the best buying experience I have ever had.

I don’t believe that my brakes were checked properly the service notes the brakes are marked as over 7MM for the front but was measured less on previous maintenance. Which leads me to believe things are not being completed and are rushed on the weekends and causes distrust. And you only have two service advisors on duty leading to wait times defeats the purpose of having an appointment. Service went well, but the website when making an appointment gives you the option to choose a shuttle service. But when I asked about it once there, they said they no longer had shuttle for over 4 months. The website should be updated to remove that as a suggestion.
Dealership was ok. Shady things during closing the deal so be in your toes and read everything!

You read below look at the picture and I decide.. The appt the picking up the rental.. everything upto the end was 5 stars, but was I scammed at the end? Contacted dealer for vehicle advertised on their website. Daniel took our call. From start to finish Daniel was professional and knowledgeable about process and vehicle. We ended up wanting the same vehicle advertised except with a sunroof. Dealership did not have in stocked but located one at another dealership. First time an oil change & tire rotation was completed in under two hours. I actually left the car for the day, (based on past experience) and was pleasantly surprised to get the call.
